A same-game multi (SGM) lets you stack two or more selections from the one fixture into a single bet. The combined odds factor in the correlation between selections. SGMs are available on AFL, NRL, soccer and basketball.

Once placed and accepted, bets cannot be cancelled. You can use cash-out on eligible markets to take your money before the result.

Bets settle once the official result is published. Most markets settle within minutes of the final siren, run-off or last wicket. Player props can take a bit longer if official statistics are pending.

If a match doesn't start, match-result bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match starts but is abandoned without an official result, market-specific rules apply.

Withdrawals process during business hours on weekdays. Most land in your nominated bank account same day. PayID is usually instant. BPAY can take up to two business days.

UpcShovDown must verify the identity of account holders under the Betting and Racing Act 1998 (NSW) and AUSTRAC requirements. Verification is usually instant. Withdrawals can't be released until verification is complete.
